A Phase One environmental report* was completed in November 2008.
The Property is assessed at $14,626,600, but is currently exempt from property taxation. The current tax rate in Stratham is $19.31 per $1,000 and the Property is shown on Stratham Assessor's Map 22 as Lot 16*.
